Attending the Breath For Change workshops will not only help me grow professionally, but personally as well. This training will equip me with the necessary tools to provide children from preschool through high school essential skills in dealing with their every day ups and downs. Mindfulness, mediation, and yoga are a simple means by which students at any age can learn to navigate their lives and emotions in a healthy and productive manor. These skills will help the children I work with who come from underserved, underprivileged, and underfunded communities who many a time are facing financial crisis, over crowded housing, and gang violence.

About my class
