The carpet at the front of the room is used daily for numerous activities throughout the day. It is a space where we come together as a family and learners. Having an area rug in this special place would allow students to have a space to work for independent work time and could also be used as a learning tool with the map and alphabet. Along with the area rug students would also have the wobbly stools as an option for flexible seating. Students who need to be able to move but sit while doing work would be able to do both at the same time! By donating to our project, you will not only provide a learning tool but a special place where learning can happen both on an area rug and wobbly stool. With these options, young students will be able to focus on academic work in a new way. Is there any better way to do work when you get to do it as a community or have the ability to move?!
