After a tornado took our home away from us, we have had to make a new home in a new building. We have remained strong, but it has still not been easy as many teachers have never recovered certain items lost. Some the items that I am requesting are things never recovered that would greatly help my classroom leaning environment. A podium that I use not only for myself, but also for my students to use when I assign them presentations and speeches to give. Along with the subject of speech I coach UIL Prose and Poetry, and the binders are a necessary tool to the kids competing in both these categories. A printer to help in many situations, such as printing assignments to printing the students resumes for them. An AC unit would be a great help as my classroom has an unpredictable conditioner in it and my classroom tends to get hot and makes my students drowsy. Finally, a personal item never recovered, my microwave oven. Thank you for your consideration, and your donation.
