My students are primarily ninth graders who are 14 and 15 years old and they are being asked to take an Advanced Placement exam over material that is covered in an Intro to Geography course for college freshmen. The Amsco text is an easy to read and follow companion book that will help them during the review and hopefully a qualifying score on the AP Exam which they will take on May 5, 2020. We are requesting a review book for AP Human Geography that is more conversational and readable than their college board approved text that is written at a collegiate level. I would like to give my students the best chance possible to do well and that includes putting every available resource in their hands before they take their AP exam.
