The greatest challenge in Chemistry is trying to understand and visualize something that can't be seen! Molecular models have long been a mainstay in the teaching of both introductory and advanced chemistry classes. The current kits we are using are no longer viable and need to be retired. They were purchased many decades ago and the springs, sticks and wooden spheres no longer stay together and very few are even complete. These new atomic model kits will allow my students to create 3 dimensional structures of both organic and inorganic molecules, which are essential to their understanding of chemistry.
