The materials will make a hugh difference in our daily learning experience. We are a classroom of 24 students and the earphones will make learning technology a personal experience. The students will not be distracted from the noise of their neighbors computer. The carpet will make our circle time easier to focus on the topic we are discussing rather than holes, tears, and marks on the carpet. Everyday we go outside for recess (Weather permitting, of course). We have gone through two equipment bags this year. We need a heavy duty bag to carry and keep track of the recess equiment. The bag that we applied for has a handy pocket that will store the first aid kit that we applied for as well. My students come from a very poor and socially disadvantaged neighborhood, but with these supplies we are showing them that we care and that they too deserve nice things to make their learning experience a plesant one.
