I am a first year teacher in an Intermediate Autism classroom. Five months ago, my classroom had very little. However, it is finally coming together. There are a few small things and two large things that will complete my list of things that are important to us this year. The most important are the iPads. I use the Unique Learning System to teach most subjects. My students have access to their own profiles and could use the ipads to work independently at times. However, 3 of my students work best on an iPad and we have 1. I believe my students could reach their fullest potential if we have 2 more iPads.
