On our trip into the community, the students will be able to participate in activities of daily life that most people take for granted. This trip is also a reward for their hard work this school year both academically and in their personal growth overcoming challenges with their medical disabilities. Your donation will fund personalizing a ceramic piece of paint on pottery at a studio and lunch at a sit-down restaurant. The students will be able to work on fine motor skills with painting pottery and daily living skills by navigating various environments and surfaces in the community and ordering from a menu. We would like our students to have the same opportunities as any other individuals in the community, and this experience will have a great impact on expanding their knowledge of the community!
