I have adopted the modern teacher process of learning in my classroom. The modern teacher approach asks that an individualized learning plan be extended to each student. These learning plans have the students unpacking standards, building the skills necessary to master the standards, and following a road map to achieve high level and repetitive mastery of the standards. When creating the learning plans, I run into a wall of frustration that stems from not having enough Chromebooks for the students to use as a resource ancillary to my teaching. This project's success means changing lives through learning plan resource help!
