Where the heck do students get their materials for class? Often times my students are asking me for basic materials like pens and paper so that they can do their school work. Even more often, students are too embarrassed to say that they do not have access to such materials. I always keep a stash of notebooks, paper, and writing utensils on hand so that if a student is without, I can offer it to them in the moment. Being able to provide them with what they need is even more important now than ever. With everything being remote, I also am in need of a few things to make teaching at home possible. I am asking for a board so that I may show them proper note taking and even brainstorming their ideas. I hope to create a space in my home that reflects part of the in-school experience.
