In art class we use a variety of materials such as crayons, markers, clay, tempura paint, and torn paper to create projects that challenge scholars to stretch their thinking as they build their creative arts skills. By using a variety of materials in every grade, Young 5's through 8th grade, scholars are exposed to many artistic styles. Basic supplies such as quality markers and crayons are essential and will be used daily in our art room. Students will use the crayons and markers to create self portraits, School Safety Week posters, perspective drawings, mixed media collages, and many other engaging projects. Over 700 students will have the art supplies they need to succeed!
