My second graders gather at my feet daily to tell me about there life adventures, learn concepts and skills needed for an activity, or just to read me an interesting part of a story. This classroom carpet will make our gathering place more comfortable and inviting. Our class environment will benefit greatly from adding a place to talk and learn from one another in an area other than a hard plastic chair. The classroom carpet will help provide a designated area of the classroom with a clear space for my students and I to meet and greet each other and start our day with positive affirmations. Creating a classroom environment conducive for learning will enhance interest in activities that can promote social skills and peer interactions. All of my students and future students will benefit from this beautiful and comfortable classroom carpet.
