I set goals with my students weekly. Most of the goals are educationally based, while some are simple, more general goals I want them to achieve. Since I have started giving them different incentives such as a variety of candy, when they reach them, they tend to be more excited and enthusiastic about their classwork. I want my students to know I am proud of even the smallest accomplishment in their education and as a person. Having a variety of candies and lead pencils will be able to provide an immediate response to their task. Along with pencils, students are in constant need of disinfectant wipes, paper, lead refill, and erasers. The stress balls will ease their jitters as they work and the cards will provide a fun and educational reprieve. The stickers will be used for them to track their progress over time on their charts!
