I will apply all that I learn at the get your teach on conference into my future classroom. Not only will this benefit me as a new teacher, this will surely benefit all of my future students. I would like to continue to develop a strong classroom community. I would also like to learn new and effective ways to teach subjects such as math and ELA in my classroom. For example, I’d like to learn more about how to implement an effective reading lesson plan during small group instruction and how to differentiate between my three groups during this instruction time. I am excited about all that this conference has to offer. I believe I am going to grow as a new teacher and have a successful second year of teaching by attending this conference.
