I am looking to add more dumbbells to our weight room to create more opportunity for kids to exercise. By adding additional equipment to our weight room, students will have extra time to do more learning and moving by decreasing waiting for equipment. We have a very small room and most of my classes use hallways for workout space. By adding more dumbbells, we will have greater ability to mobilize and spread out to allow greater safety along with giving students more hands on opportunities during their workouts. With the lack of space given, we have a risk of injury due to the amount of bodies in a room, as well as increased transmission opportunities.
