As an upperclassman English teacher, I have made it my goal to create a place for my students to apply to college. This year I created a sign-up sheet where my students can come after school to get one on one counseling with me. At our counseling sessions, students can ask questions about college applications and work on their personal statements. With this new technology, the students can have a quiet place to work on their personal statements. The iPad and keyboard will allow them to work on the applications using up-to-date technology, while the headphones will provide the quiet space the students are looking for. So please help my students get the college prep that they desperately need!
