Basketball is a game of fast feet but even faster thinking. As we work our way through our basketball season, our goal is to get better and better every day. To get better and better until we can't be beat, and won't be beat. Many of the girls on our team do not play year-round basketball, so it is up to us in a very short time period to train them to work together as a team while honing their individual skills. These training aids will allow us to help each student-athlete better themselves with quick thinking and quick footwork. We want to train them to be fast on the court but even faster thinkers, and with the dots and the pad we can help our students develop better footwork. Many times we do not begin the year with the tallest or fastest, but we do have heart and desire to get better. Our student-athletes strive to win and know in order to win they have to work. They know that the effort they put into getting better at practice will transfer to the game court.
