Materials chosen will give students hands-on experience in learning how to save lives in our STOP THE BLEED Lesson. Students will have a chance to apply a tourniquet as part of learning how to stop injuries to pool noodles to simulate an actual limb. My 8th graders can save lives through this valuable learning experience. I am excited for my students to learn as they realize they can make a difference in the lives of their family, friends, and community. Students will be prepared to help in emergency situations and have the confidence to make a difference for many lives.

About my class
