While all students are eligible to participate in the program, students in at-risk subgroups (free/reduced-price lunch, minority, Special Needs, and English Language Learners) and students identified by teachers as in need of additional attention because of attendance issues, benchmarks, standardized assessment, will be targeted. About Recruitment for programming. Teachers and counselors will refer such students for recruitment and intensive. This will help not only recruit students as they pass by my room but also help feed them before dinner is served daily. Providing school programs and events focused on teaching financial life skills and other STEM programs, and Fun Lead activities will inspire and prepare youth to succeed. To expose more students and parents with knowledge and skills to make sound financial and other personal finance decisions, particularly in relation to obtaining access to, persisting in, and completing post secondary education. Helping students continue to stay in safe environment.
