These materials will help the students learn in several different ways. They will be able to write on the whiteboard, interact with the smart board, create anchor charts, complete exit tickets and learn NEW vocabulary words. Newcomers need all the resources and help they can get their hands on. My goal is for them to learn the language, be able to communicate with others, and use their creativity with these resources to help them succeed in school! I want my students to feel comfortable with learning a new language and being at a new school by letting them learn and understand in different ways I will be using these resources as I float around in several classrooms to help my non-english speaking students.
