As my students' range of English acquisition is great (several newcomers to students almost at proficiency), practicing spoken English is an incredibly efficient way for them to get better at their pronunciation and using tenses correctly. We are in need of good headphones with microphones that will allow the students to practice their speaking. These headphones will allow the students to practice their speaking in a clear, private way that will alleviate any anxiety about being overheard. Many of the students are nervous about their spoken English abilities so having these headphones that will give them the chance to practice without being overheard by others in the class will be incredibly helpful for boosting their confidence. These headphones will also allow the students to hear back their own speaking so that they can better self-correct their own speech.
