Students cannot learn when they are hungry. Help me to provide snacks for our Classroom Family (we are a family). It is very difficult to learn while your hungry, so providing a morning snack or afternoon snacks helps my students to stay focused on the lesson/work rather than their rumbling tummies and the clock to see how many minutes are left for lunch. Some students do not like the lunch options, provided by the school, so they choose not to eat. Having snacks readily available will help to make sure that no child is left hungry, regardless of the day or time.
