The professional development I want to attend will empower and motivate me to create more dynamic lessons and, in turn, my students will be more engaged in their learning. I will be able to bring lessons to life while exposing my students to a higher order of processing and analyzing the curriculum. They will be eager to learn daily with a high level of interest and curiosity. Collaboration will also play an enormous role in these activities. I strongly believe this way of teaching allows all levels of learning to engage equally. Kids will support one another in their weaknesses and strengths. My goal is to have the students and lessons come to life where learning will be a unique experience.
