My students were fortunate enough to be given an online platform to practice comprehension skills differentiated to their specific reading levels. Our school purchased the necessary ear buds for each student that were cost effective, however, they broke easily. While I would love to purchase them myself, it is too costly at this time. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their reading comprehension. In this program, students need to listen to the lessons in the program in order to comprehend what they are reading. They are then asked questions that align to different comprehension strategies. All of our students need ear buds in order to listen and focus. Many times students are trying to listen without ear buds at low level volumes as not to disrupt other students. If each student had a pair of ear buds, they would be able to concentrate more effectively. My students so deserve to have a functional pair of ear buds to enrich their middle school learning experience. Won't you please consider?
