Having a color printer and scanner in the classroom will allow my students to have their own story book that they created and not have to share with a partner. My students love to read from their own copy of what they have written. By having a printer in the classroom I will be able to print a copy of all their writings, without them having to share copies. I also would like to give each student a copy of their work at the end of the school year as part of their portfolio. My intent is to grow my students love for reading.
