The students witnessed the waste at school lunches, and they came up with the idea of composting for a school garden. They know that they need gardening supplies to work on it along with the other two gifted classes. Our sixth graders will use the iPads to record and share their progress on the garden with other students around the world participating in the Global Garden Club. In this way, they will share their progress and make improvements so that our school garden is a rousing success! They will be creating generations of gardeners that will impact the world of the future.
