The Vertical Hydroponic Grow Kit garden system will allow me to bring gardening to the classroom, which has shown to better engage students, increase attendance, and improve student performance. The Vertical Hydroponic Grow Kit will help me educate, excite, and inspire students in my classroom. With NGSS aligned lesson plans, gardening will engage my students in mastering concepts, and reward them with delicious food they helped to create. Students will be able to apply science concepts to watch plants grow under their care, bringing a sense of purpose to their education. Learning about life cycles, nutrition, photosynthesis, and ecosystems will come to life while creating a positive learning environment.
