As a physical education teacher virtual learning has been a unique experience with the number one obstacle being equipment. When creating lessons I have to consider what every student has in their home. Providing every student with a Fitness Gear Jump Rope will allow me to be able to create lessons I know every student can participate in. The lessons will allow students to stay physically active while following social distancing guidelines. The ropes will provide students the ability to practice at home. The rope will give the students another choice for a brain break to stimulate brain activity. The jump rope lessons will also encourage the importance of staying physically active throughout their lifetime.
