The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will help to complete various vocational/functional task that already exist in my classroom. The washing machine will enhance the laundry center we currently have the classroom. Students will now learn how to add detergent and wash their clothes.The dishwasher will further students dish washing skills and provide another way to clean their dishes. The microwave will add to the food prep program where students will be able to complete simple recipes using the microwave. The will also learn how to be safe while using these appliances.
