These items will help improve my team's hitting. Each item will be used at different stations to help players develop confidence in their skills. The Total Control Balls will be used to develop power in their swing. We will be using the tees for multiple drills to improve batting stance, swing, and power. The goal is for my players to be confident at the plate. Baseball is a mental game and the more repetitions they get the more confident they will become. The use of the Total Control Balls and the tees will help us become more efficient by getting more reps. This project will truly help our team improve.
