We are practicing regulating and controlling our bodies every day to get ready for Kindergarten. However, when you are four years old, this can be a daily struggle! The children in my school have so many physical and attention needs, and I would love to bring in some wobble chairs for my students to be able to get some of those wiggles out while also engaging core strength and balance. These chairs would be used at whole group, small groups, table top activities, and our breakfast/lunch/snack times. The flexible seating would present a physical challenge and opportunity to release energy while simultaneously working!
