The iPad with a rugged case for modeling and teaching will let our students see how using their picture vocabulary on a device will help them communicate throughout each day. We will continue to expand each student's vocabulary with emphasis on their interests. Teaching and using new vocabulary can provide life-long learning opportunities. Our students will be able to talk to people about what each of them likes, share information about their friends and family, and support others. Research shows communication skills grow through the use of modeling communication with the use of a device with the same picture vocabulary. We are eager to use this daily so our students can be understood more easily by everyone. We sincerely appreciate any support you can give.
