Since I am a single mom to a 4th grader who is also participating in distance learning, I will be teaching virtually from home until it is safe for students to return to the classroom. The items I am requesting are essential for two reasons: first I need adequate lighting to assure the high quality of my video classes, and second the materials such as dry erase board, poster sheets, and vibrantly colored markers and Post-its will allow me to use similar activities and strategies that I use in my actual classroom. The end goal is to provide a quality, engaging, and fun educational experience for my student.
