The goal of my project is to develop a love for reading. Reading Eggs builds student confidence by teaching reading skills sequentially and exposing them to reading online books that contain only words they have already studied in the program. Reading Eggs will allow me to work with a small group of students on a specific skill and then have them go practice the skill on an iPad. I can then work with another small group on a different skill- ensuring everyone is getting the instruction they need. Reading Eggs also supports the state goal of "every child reading on grade level" prior to exiting the 3rd grade.

About my class
