The Harry Potter couch will be the hot spot in the classroom for reading! My classroom is Harry Potter themed and this fits right in. I plan to create a reading nook in my classroom where this will be the main attraction. My students will find it hard to wait for their turn to sit on the couch and read either by themselves or with a friend. My students are working on their social and emotional skills as well as their academic skills, and this carpet gives them the space to do that --- literally. This colorful, large floor rug will provide the perfect space in my classroom for my students during whole group instruction! By the way it is designed, it provides each student a clearly marked space for them without having to worry about being in someone else's space or someone being in theirs.
