Our school uses an intense literacy program that my students love. The material is incredibly interesting, but at a very high reading level. My students learn in different ways while continuing to have inquiring minds. The Chromebooks will allow my students access to the material through the audio component. Individually students will access the material at their own rate which will improve their focus and attention to the material. By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and independence. Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and listen to the material as many times as needed. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
