National Board Certification will help me become a more knowledgeable teacher. This professional development opportunity will help me become more aware of my teaching practices to improve teaching and learning. I will use what I learn through the process of this journey to better engage students and give them a higher quality of education focusing and reflecting on my teaching practices and student growth. Each of these components will increase my capacity to teach while reflecting upon my teaching and student learning. I am requesting funding to complete Component 1-Content Knowledge Assessment, Component 2-Differentiation in Instruction , Component 3- Teaching Practice and Learning Environment and Component 4-Effective and Reflective Practitioner. This will be a difficult feat without YOUR help.
