A new classroom rug would transform our classroom and allow us to gather every day on a clean, new area. The rug will give us a comfortable and inviting place to sit, learn, and grow while giving us individual space. Students will learn to respect others personal space as well as have ownership of their space. The classroom rug is our most essential, well-used gathering spot of our classroom. Every morning, we meet on the rug for whole group morning meetings, followed by lessons for phonics, reading, writing, and math. A new classroom rug would enhance all these times of learning!
