We seek to develop proficiency in the target language, and the most efficient method for students to do so is through reading. This project will allow my student to read culturally appropriate texts, from which they will be able to choose according to their individual reading level and interests. My students will be so excited to set up our classroom library! All of these books have been carefully selected with their interests in mind, for each class submitted a list of requested literature. This opportunity will enable them to grow as proficient readers and aspiring global citizens within our society.
