During math class, my students enjoy sitting or laying on the floor for whole group instruction, small group activities, partner assignments, and independent work. These flexible seating desks and cushions will allow them to be more comfortable while completing their work on the floor. These materials will be used on a daily basis during math class. Students seem to enjoy completing their assignments when they are not confined to a desk, but are in their comfort zone. I always encourage my students to choose a place in the classroom where they are comfortable and they will do their best work.
