Having books about social narratives and life skills is important for my students to use so they can relate to the characters. It can be difficult for students to express the proper emotions and feelings so using a book is a great way to help students feel safe and welcomed as they are. It is challenging to keep students engaged and focused during the day. The flexible seating will help keep students focused and able to use other tools for keeping them engaged. Bounce balls and wobble chairs will help keep them moving independently without distracting their peers. Hand gadgets help students with sensory needs as well as students who need help staying focused.
