My goal with this project is to begin a "Sunshine Club" to not only bring more positivity to our school but also to give our younger students a voice in their school environment also. Students will be assigned each month to work with me on ways to make our campus life happy and kind! We will create posters, celebrate staff and faculty, encourage other students with unexpected notes etc. This project will also help to give the students in the club the opportunity to help others, serve as a role model, and have a say in their school experience. Too often we see that young students are not given much of a voice in their school. The purpose of this project is to help fix this at our school while brightening the days of others as well!
