My students not only work for the rewards, but continue to work harder even after the reward part of the program has ended. Children are rewarded for attendance, coming to school on time, completing their homework, helping younger children, etc. My students become more caring in the process as well as more successful. I am requesting various prizes such as pencils, squeezable toys, erasers, keychains, gel pens, and other various items that will entice and engage my students. Students at our school work hard and should be rewarded for their hard work. These materials will help me support not only students at my school, but their teachers when students need a break from the classroom to center themselves. Hard work deserves recognition. As the students become more successful, they will be proud of their accomplishments which will inspire them to do even more.
