Our Culinary Lab provides our students with real life experiences within the Hospitality Industry. In addition we promote our program through the "Hoot Cafe", a student operated cafe that is open every Friday throughout the school year. Students plan out menus, cost recipes, and provide kitchen production sheets weekly based on the themes they have developed in the beginning of the year. It is vital to our Culinary Lab that we have a working washing machine. With over 150 students cooking per day we go through quite a large amount of laundry. Cleaning Rags and Uniforms need to be cleaned properly and sanitized.
