These materials will encourage students to want to read. They can navigate stories with peers, during whole group read-alouds, and individually. Please help us fill our naked book shelfs and make our library a fun, inviting space for students to spend their time during the long school day. These bins will also help them to pick appropriate reads based on their interests, reading levels, and abilities. The organization of a library is essential for young children to begin sorting and categorizing as they begin their journey in a world full of literature! Additionally, the book bins will be categorized by genres, making it less intimidating for non-readers to find a picture book they may enjoy without feeling the pressure of being able to read the words in the story.
