I am a school counselor of an elementary school with 500 students. The last counselor took all of the toys and activities with her to help with counseling lessons and individual sessions, and I find myself without anything to support my students. I am in desperate need for supplies to help my students learn and grow socially, emotionally and academically. Growing issues with children's social and emotional needs makes it vital that they receive this support early in life to set the building blocks for a successful future. I need your help to help my students become kind and well adjusted mini humans! These resources will be used to help in individual counseling sessions for play therapy, reading therapy, as well as psychoeducational resources. The products I chose can be used for STEM activities can help students develop visual perception and reasoning skills. The OSMO for iPad activities can help my students strengthen executive functioning skills. The books help students with literacy skills, while providing helpful social and emotional skills. Additionally, these resources will be used in the performance of classroom guidance lessons to help supplement information being taught. By learning these skills, my students can develop positive social, emotional, and coping skills to aid their development and academic growth. Please support my project and help my students learn these vital skills to help them become productive and well adjusted mini humans!
