The stools will be used in the computer lab area of the library. We have 12 desktop computers on tables that have very small chairs. Most students have to sit on their knees or stand while using the computers because the chairs are so short and they can not see the computer screens or reach the keyboard while trying to type. The old wooden chairs in the library are falling apart. The screws are coming out and the chairs can not be replaced due to lack of funding. My special needs students have trouble pulling the chairs out to sit in. When my students go to stand up the chairs fall over and sometimes land on students toes.
