These texts can be used for students who want new things to read in the classroom. The current magazine subscriptions will help spark higher-level conversations about what is going on in different places around the world. The only ones I have now are used and a few years old. Having current magazines to read gets all students interested in reading. Many times the pictures and articles create great conversations. Kids love reading magazines, especially on Fridays when they are tired. I can share my copies with all 86 students! The magazines are reading items they might not find in many places. Thanks so much!
