These resources will allow our athletes to improve their speed, strength and agility using some of the most current training models in athletics. We have a limited amount of time and space with our players and it is extremely important that we get the most out of our time to give them the best chance to succeed. By giving them the ability to train at a high level, with the same professional equipment used by our competition, we can ensure that they are faster, more agile and most importantly, injury free on the field. Through the use of these tools we will be able to make more of our practice time and ensure that our athletes are on a level playing field with those they compete against.

About my class
