Hello, I am requesting these items to assist my school in changing the narrative and improving morale after a very difficult start to the school year. Our school is over 98% Hispanic with 15% receiving DACA protections, many are sons and daughters of immigrants and are going to school here because they are able to receive a better education in a safer environment than at their home school. Our school is in need of a morale boost, and I am looking to do that by incentivizing academic growth and hard work habits. The items requested will go to scholars displaying growth and high quality work habits, these awards will be made available to scholars school-wide and will allow for them to see the fruits of their labor in the form of educational technology they can use moving forward. 100% of our graduated scholars are accepted into college, and I would like to see this wonderful trend continue with your help in supporting our scholars and making learning fun.
